Recruiter - interview scheduling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Wren Freight is a Salt Lake City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
