Recruiter - interview scheduling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Beacon Community Partners runs community programmes across Salt Lake City, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 318 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
