Recruiter - interview scheduling (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Basin Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Sacramento. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
