Recruiter - interview scheduling (Sacramento, CA)

Lumen Lakeside Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Sacramento focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
