Recruiter - interview scheduling (Sacramento, CA)

Redstone Fox Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
