Recruiter - interview scheduling (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood North Learning Group Partners is an education provider in Sacramento serving students and families. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
