Recruiter - interview scheduling (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Cross Facilities looks after properties across the Richmond region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
