Recruiter - interview scheduling (Richmond, VA)

Lumen Beacon Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
