Recruiter - interview scheduling (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Richmond, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
