Recruiter - interview scheduling (Richmond, VA)

Lumen Iron Insurance Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 408 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
