Recruiter - interview scheduling (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Drift Legal Group is a Richmond practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
