Recruiter - interview scheduling (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Bridge Care Services Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
