Recruiter - interview scheduling (Reno, NV)

Lumen Umber Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Reno, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
