Recruiter - interview scheduling (Reno, NV)

Cedar Maple Housing Partners is a nonprofit housing provider in Reno. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
