Recruiter - interview scheduling (Reno, NV)

Rivermark Fern Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Reno area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 849 people based in Reno. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
