Recruiter - interview scheduling (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Sable Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Reno region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
