Recruiter - interview scheduling (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Telecom Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
