Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Sable Markets Associates serves neighbourhoods around Detroit with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
