Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Vista Financial Group serves customers across Cincinnati with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
