Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Umber Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Minneapolis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
