Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Clear Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Sacramento. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
