Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bright Logistics is a Rio Rancho charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 447 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rio Rancho. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
