Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Clearpath Iron Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Little Rock, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
