Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Stone Inspection Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 267 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
