Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Cedar Forge Health Partners is a healthcare provider in San Diego with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
