Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Linden Health Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
