Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Loom Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Little Rock. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
