Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
