Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Ironwood Quill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around El Paso. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
