Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
