Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Linden Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Madison with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 417 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
