Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Nova West Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Portland with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
