Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Vista Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Toledo region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
