Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Fernwood Drift Legal Group is a law firm in Buffalo serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
