Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Forge Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Honolulu, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
