Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Hartford. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
