Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bright Rook Community Partners is a nonprofit in Philadelphia supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
