Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners Associates is a nonprofit in Fresno supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
