Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Cross Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
