Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Markets serves neighbourhoods around Las Vegas with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
