Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Nova Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Rochester with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
