Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Westbrook Lantern Learning Group is an education provider in Indianapolis serving students and families, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
