Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Amberfield Fern Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Honolulu, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
