Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Vale Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Fresno. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
