Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Cedar Sable Housing manages affordable housing communities across Portland, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
