Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 741 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
