Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Savannah, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
