Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Westbrook Birch Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
