Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak Union Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Nashville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
