Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Amberfield Ember Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
